All Twin Cam and Milwaukee Eight engines have a crankcase breather system that routes over-pressure and eventually oil through the cylinder heads into the throttle body. That is with the stock air cleaner and almost any aftermarket and performance air cleaner. This kit allows you to route this pressure and the eventual oil into a separate canister or breather filter. Kits include a pair of special breather bolts with washers and O-rings, as well as two adapters with 1/8″ NPT barb fittings for use with common 5/16″ hose. Hose, filter and canister not included.

Fits all 1999-2017 Twin Cam, 2017 to present 107CI & 114CI Touring, 2017-2023 117CI Touring, all 2017 to present Trike and all 2018-2024 Softail, Next Level breather kit with machined finish vent hose adapters
